- Personal Information Related to Children
Although we may collect certain information about children under 13 that a parent or legal guardian provides to us, we do not intend to, or knowingly, collect personal information from children under the age of 13 in conjunction with our Site or Services. . If we are aware of a child under the age of 13 attempting to register to use any of the Services, we will not accept the registration. Once we become aware of a child under the age of 13 providing personal information in conjunction with our Services, we will delete that information. If your child has provided personal information in this context, or if you otherwise would like your child’s information deleted, please contact us at the contact information below so we can delete it.
- Parents can review or have deleted their child’s personal information, and refuse to permit further collection or use of their child’s information at any time. To do this, parents should send us their request via email to email@example.com

When you use our Site or Services, you agree that we may collect the following personal information about you and/or your child (as applicable):

- Disclosure of your personal information
In accordance with this Policy, we may share your and your child’s personal information:

- if we have your consent or in the case of a child, consent of such child’s parent or legal guardian;

More detailed requests which require archive or other retrieval costs may be subject to any costs and expenses we incur in retrieving same.
